at Teksystems in Peoria, Illinois, United States Job Description Description + Communicate with clients via email to send invoices and collect payments + Researching discrepancies with account balances and correcting errors + Communicating with internal departments to resolve issues with accounts + Pursues delinquent accounts and maintains documented record of collections + Generates and distributes billing invoices, statements, and delinquent notices. + Provides monthly reporting on aged receivables and matters of collections to management. + Assists with special projects and other duties when needed.
