This role involves managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data records, and providing essential support to ensure smooth office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Input and update inventory records accurately to maintain current stock levels. Place food orders for schools, ensuring timely procurement aligned with program needs. Update payroll systems by recording missing hours and verifying employee time entries. Input daily meal counts to assist with meal planning and reporting requirements. Process vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring correct billing and timely payments. Communicate via phone regularly to coordinate orders, respond to inquiries, and support office operations. Maintain organized spreadsheets for various data tracking purposes, including inventory, payroll, and meal counts. Demonstrate technical proficiency with computer systems and software applications relevant to administrative tasks. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management to support overall office efficiency. Experience Prior experience in office administration or data entry roles is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working with spreadsheets and managing large datasets accurately. Excellent phone communication skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders. Bilingual abilities are considered a plus but are not mandatory. Familiarity with processing invoices, managing inventory, and updating payroll systems is advantageous.
