Operation Manager Position Type:
Full-Time Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and administrative support for daily manufacturing operations. Maintains production, inventory, materials, shipping, and operational records while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage large volumes of operational data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, materials, orders, and operational data in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Accurately process daily manufacturing records, work orders, production reports, and other operational documentation.
  • Maintain and organize large Excel spreadsheets and databases to support manufacturing operations.
  • Use Microsoft Excel proficiently for data entry, data analysis, reporting, sorting, filtering, formulas, PivotTables, and spreadsheet management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports for management.
  • Verify data against source documents and investigate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Track production quantities, inventory levels, material usage, downtime, and other operational metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, work-in-process, and inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Perform data reconciliation and quality checks to identify and correct errors.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate company records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Meet established deadlines, accuracy standards, and productivity goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Provide administrative and data-entry support to the Operations and Production teams as needed.
