Job Description

Salus Facilities Assurance is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Review information for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system. Verify entered data and correct errors or inconsistencies as needed. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records. Scan, upload, file, and organize documents as required. Compile and organize information from various sources. Generate basic reports and spreadsheets as requested. Assist with maintaining accurate customer, employee, vendor, or project records. Respond to requests for information and retrieve records when needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information. Follow established data entry procedures and company policies. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong typing and computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks. Ability to occasionally lift and carry files, office supplies, or materials as needed. Work Environment This position primarily works in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, standard office equipment, and company software systems.
