As a distinguished Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are a team of problem-solvers committed to providing top-notch design and exemplary craftsmanship. This role is crucial for supporting our field experts by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project data, contributing directly to the efficient and cost-effective solutions we deliver to our clients. The successful candidate will be a key part of a team that excels in engineering, design, and construction, helping to maintain the high standards we are known for. Responsibilities As a Data Entry professional, your primary duties will include: Accurately and efficiently entering a variety of data into our databases and digital systems from multiple sources. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents. Updating and maintaining existing databases, ensuring all information is current and correct. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations. Scanning documents and printing files when needed. Upholding strict data confidentiality and security protocols. Assisting project teams with data-related administrative tasks as required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role. Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience working within the construction or engineering industry. Familiarity with project management or construction-specific software.
