Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and strong computer skills will support efficient office operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for clerical work, data management, and excellent customer service. Duties Enter and update data into company databases using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized accounting tools like QuickBooks Maintain accurate records through filing, proofreading, and organizing digital and physical documents Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling phone etiquette, and managing appointment scheduling Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, filing systems, and general administrative support Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via email or phone promptly and courteously Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy while meeting established deadlines to ensure timely processing of information Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace is highly desirable Experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems enhances your candidacy Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks Strong time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us in a role that values your organizational talents and computer literacy!
