Job Description
Work Setting:
In-person. This is a four (4) year fixed-term position. Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Data Entry Specialist which will be based in Millersville, MD. This is a detail-oriented data entry and administrative support role that entails compiling, recording, and reporting asset and financial data. This position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem solving skills and time management skills. Opportunity for advancement to a supervisory role over time.Why Hazen and Sawyer:

Reviews, updates and extracts data from database systems. Maintains database by entering new and updated account information. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Provide occasional administrative support. Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data management. Skills /Qualifications:
Organization skills Analytical abilities Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus Experience with office and billing system software applications Experience in data entry is a plus An associate's degree or graduation from high school supplemented with coursework or experience in bookkeeping or data entryPay Range:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experienceWhat We Offer:
