Field Representative - Property Data Collection (1099 Ann Arbor, MI) NSPEKTR Ann Arbor, MI Job Details Contract $18 - $36 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Measuring tapes Route driving Outdoor work experience Photography for insurance inspections Ability to follow instructions Mobile devices Full Job Description Job Overview NSPEKTR is hiring a dependable, self-directed Field Representative to complete property data collection assignments in Ann Arbor and surrounding Washtenaw County communities . This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity paid per completed assignment . Responsibilities include photographing properties, documenting visible conditions, measuring structures, creating basic diagrams, collecting required property information, using mobile reporting systems, and submitting completed reports on time.
Current standard compensation:
Exterior assignments: $6 Interior assignments: $20 We are specifically looking for candidates who can learn quickly, manage routes independently, communicate before deadlines, follow instructions carefully, and complete assignments without repeated reminders. Preferred experience includes property field services, appraisal data collection, insurance inspections, construction documentation, real estate photography, property preservation, or other route-based field work. Candidates must have reliable transportation, active auto insurance, a smartphone, computer, internet, printer, measuring wheel/tape, camera pole, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong candidates should be able to handle multiple assignments, submit field-completed work within 24 hours, respond quickly to corrections, and maintain consistent communication with Field Operations.
Territory:
Ann Arbor, Saline, Chelsea, Manchester, Ypsilanti, and surrounding areas. How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed. Pay:
$18.00 - $36.00 per hour

Do you have access to a computer or laptop, reliable internet, and a printer? Do you own, have access to, or are you willing to obtain the required field equipment, including a measuring tape, measuring wheel, camera pole, and phone adapter? Can you consistently cover Bay City/Bay County and surrounding communities? Which cities or counties can you cover consistently? Are you comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and around occupied properties, vacant properties, and animals such as dogs? Are you willing to complete required training, certification, background screening, drug screening, and client onboarding before receiving active assignments?
