This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity paid per completed assignment . Responsibilities include photographing properties, documenting visible conditions, measuring structures, creating basic diagrams, collecting required property information, using mobile reporting systems, and submitting completed reports on time.
Current standard compensation:
Exterior assignments: $6 Interior assignments: $20 We are specifically looking for candidates who can learn quickly, manage routes independently, communicate before deadlines, follow instructions carefully, and complete assignments without repeated reminders. Preferred experience includes property field services, appraisal data collection, insurance inspections, construction documentation, real estate photography, property preservation, or other route-based field work. Candidates must have reliable transportation, active auto insurance, a smartphone, computer, internet, printer, measuring wheel/tape, camera pole, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong candidates should be able to handle multiple assignments, submit field-completed work within 24 hours, respond quickly to corrections, and maintain consistent communication with Field Operations.
