Job Description

Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you interested in playing a part in improving Ann Arbor's public transportation system? If so, read on! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Survey Data Collector to assist in a short-term market research project in Ann Arbor! In this role, you will be responsible for gathering feedback from customers that will be used to make improvements.
Project dates:
Friday, October 2nd-Saturday, October 10th What you will do: Each day, you will be partnered with a driver for the duration of the route (8-10-hour shifts). Your job will be to hand out satisfaction surveys to riders of the bus system. You will collect all of the surveys you receive and turn them in at the end of the shift. Qualified candidates must be flexible to work as early as 5am and work as late as 12am (various shifts), have a personable demeanor and be detail-oriented. for immediate consideration!
