This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn. Prior experience in a law firm is not required. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Entry Level Responsibilities Accurately enter and update information into firm databases and computer systems Enter and maintain client, case, billing, and financial information Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records Review data and documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping-related data entry Enter invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial information as needed Assist with QuickBooks data entry and recordkeeping Maintain accurate and organized client and firm records Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as needed Handle confidential client and firm information with professionalism and discretion Follow established firm procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as requested Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
