The position includes the daily front office tasks and responsibilities such as order contract management, lead generation, accounting, answering phones, filing, order entry, processing payments, and other office tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced and multi-focused office setting, have good problem-solving skills, pays close attention to details, and has above average computer skills. You will need to have previous experience with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, can problem solve, and have strong customer service skills. Our office hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. We offer a generous benefits package, Paid Time Off with an additional 10 days off for major holidays, life insurance, and a 401k program. Compensation will be based on experience. National Time and Signal is a family owned and operated Michigan company that manufactures Clock and Fire Alarm systems.
