Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support operational efficiency and decision-making. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of critical information, enabling our organization to operate smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Primarily Invoicing jobs Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy Review data for errors or missing information and correct discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical records Verify and process documents, forms, and reports Generate routine reports as needed Assist with administrative and clerical duties Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information Communicate with team members regarding data inconsistencies or missing information Perform regular backups and ensure proper filing procedures Qualifications Associates degree or high to be considered Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Strong typing skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with payroll, CRM, or database systems Basic knowledge of office procedures Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Work Environment Office Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed
Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
