Position Overview The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting invoicing and administrative operations through accurate data entry, record maintenance, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
Process and invoice completed jobs
Enter and update information in company systems and databases
Review records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Process documents, forms, and operational reports
Generate routine reports for business operations
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Follow up with team members regarding missing or inaccurate information
Maintain data security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Required
Associate degree
Prior administrative or data entry experience
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Excellent attention to detail and typing accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Experience with payroll systems, CRM platforms, or databases
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM
8-hour workday
