00/hr Onsite Job Description Data Processing Specialist About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to join a growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of information, maintaining accuracy, researching discrepancies, and following established processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, transaction processing, claims processing, billing, document review, or other accuracy-driven environments. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently process high volumes of information while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Review, process, and validate large volumes of transactional and operational data
Enter information into company systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Verify records for completeness and identify discrepancies, missing information, or processing exceptions
Research and resolve data inconsistencies using established procedures
Reconcile information between multiple systems and reports
Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation
Audit records to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and exceptions
Follow established workflows, service standards, and documentation procedures
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned Qualifications Required 1+ year of experience in data entry, transaction processing, claims processing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, banking operations, document review, administrative support, or financial operations
Ability to maintain a typing speed of 10,000+ KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour) while ensuring a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in high-volume processing environments
Ability to identify discrepancies and perform basic research to resolve issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Preferred Invoice review or invoice processing experience
Reconciliation experience
Auditing, quality assurance, or compliance experience
