Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data with precision. Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Review source documents for completeness and verify information before data entry.

Perform routine data audits and identify discrepancies or errors.

Correct inaccurate or incomplete information and escalate issues when necessary.

Organize, scan, and file documents in both electronic and physical formats.

Generate reports and retrieve information from databases as requested.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

Assist with records management and document retention processes.

Respond to internal requests for information and administrative support.

Follow established data entry procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Meet productivity and accuracy goals while handling high volumes of information.
