Phone Operator & Sales Administration Pelham, NH J ob Summary Yarde Metals is looking for a phone operator & sales admin to join our team! A phone operator & sales administration associate is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls to their appropriate location. They are also responsibile for providing sales support to the inside sales team. Job Responsibilities Answer and transfer incoming calls. Review and enter quotes and sales orders into company computer system. Proofread detailed quotes and sales orders for accuracy. Sort and distribute documents, mail, and reports. Perform additional job duties as directed by supervisor. Ordering supplies for multiple departments Enter RMA's for management review. Participate/organize our wellness program. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience directly related to the duties of the position. Excellent communication skills with ability to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely. A high level of attention to detail is required when performing data entry and proofreading documents. Understands importance of exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
