full-time About the Opportunity We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Professional to join our team at a growing mental health and substance abuse-focused organization. This is a hands-on role responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining confidential information while supporting day-to-day administrative and data management activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with computers, and take pride in maintaining accurate and confidential records, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Accurately enter and update information in company databases, systems, and spreadsheets. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain organized electronic records and documentation. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Perform data verification and identify discrepancies or missing information. Assist with record maintenance and general administrative tasks. Communicate with internal team members to obtain or clarify information when needed. Follow established procedures for data entry, documentation, and information security. Meet established deadlines and productivity expectations while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Support day-to-day office and administrative operations as needed. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. What We're Looking For 1+ years of professional data entry experience. Strong basic computer skills and comfort learning new software and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods of time. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and dependable work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. Experience in healthcare, mental health, substance abuse, behavioral health, or another confidential-data environment is a plus.
