This role manages case workload, uses DMV terminals and business systems, ensures accuracy and regulatory compliance, and provides timely, professional service to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Research, manage, and resolve assigned licensing cases. Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Monitor and prioritize workload while meeting deadlines. Use DMV terminals, Microsoft Office, and related systems to complete cases. Maintain accurate case records and documentation. Resolve routine problems using established procedures and sound judgment. Communicate clearly with clients, customers, and team members. Support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and security. Adapt to changing assignments and processes. Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Two to four years of experience in case management, administrative support, customer service, data entry, licensing, or a related field. Experience with DMV procedures, vehicle transactions, title management, or UCC filings is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint. Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with standard office equipment and technology.
