Parsippany, NJ (100% onsite)
Pay:
$20-$24/hour (commensurate with relevant experience)
Hours:
Monday - Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Four 8-hour days for approximately 32 hours per week, or Four 10-hour days for approximately 40 hours per week WorkDynamX is seeking two detail-oriented Temporary ERP Data Entry Specialists to support a client in Parsippany, NJ during an ERP system conversion. This is a short-term, onsite assignment expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks. The primary focus of this position is data accuracy. The selected candidates will work with the accounting team to review, correct, and enter information within the company's new ERP system. Candidates who have previously supported an ERP implementation, system conversion, data migration, or data transfer project are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the accounting team with reviewing and correcting data in the new ERP system Link project numbers to purchase orders Review WBS data for accuracy Manually load received-not-invoiced data Assist with entering logged invoices Review information carefully to identify and correct data discrepancies Follow established instructions and conversion procedures Maintain a high level of accuracy while working with critical business data Work independently while meeting project deadlines Qualified candidates will have the following experience: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Comfortable navigating Excel and working with spreadsheets General computer proficiency Previous experience working within an ERP or similar business system preferred ERP conversion, data migration, data transfer, or system implementation experience is a strong plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes Ability to work independently and remain focused while completing repetitive, accuracy-sensitive tasks No accounting or finance experience required Our client has many contracts that require proof that you are a U.S. citizen and/or that an export license has been obtained for employees who are citizens of certain countries. Assignment:
