Iroz Motorsport is a growing automotive performance company in Las Vegas seeking an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business environment and can help keep our day-to-day financial records, vendor transactions, receipts, invoices, and other data organized and accurate. Experience in the automotive, dealership, repair, parts, machine shop, or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Enter vendor invoices and bills Match receipts and documentation to transactions Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Track customer payments and outstanding balances Maintain accurate vendor records Assist with purchase orders and parts/inventory-related entries Help track parts costs, expenses and cost of goods sold Perform general accounting and administrative data entry Maintain organized digital and physical financial records Identify missing receipts, invoices or transaction information and follow up with the appropriate team member Assist management with basic financial reports and information as needed Work with our CPA/accounting professionals when necessary What We're Looking For 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting clerk, office accounting or similar experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop Strong understanding of AP, AR and account reconciliation Excellent data-entry skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets Able to organize a high volume of receipts, invoices, vendor bills and transactions Reliable, organized and able to work independently Automotive or manufacturing experience is a major plus. Experience working for an automotive dealership, repair shop, performance shop, parts company, machine shop or manufacturer would translate particularly well to this position. Schedule This is an in-person, part-time position at our Las Vegas facility , approximately 20-30 hours per week . We are open to discussing a schedule that works well for the right candidate. Compensation $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Compensation may be higher for a candidate with significant automotive/manufacturing bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks skills.
