We are seeking a Full-Time Direct Mail Data Processing Analyst with at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in USPS presorting and knowledge of USPS postal regulations to join a GROWING company. Candidate must have broad knowledge and experience in processing mailing lists using mailing software programs. Candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously, and be good at reading and understanding job specifications. Candidate must be comfortable at a computer a majority of the day fixing and processing mailing lists. Organizational & communication skills is a must. Variable Data Processor (Direct Mail/Digital Print)

401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Paid Time Off Typical Duties include but aren't limited to : Utilize MS Excel to clean, process, validate, pre-sort all client mailing lists, and manage processes for mail sortation. Presort process via BCC mail manager includes merge/purge, filtering, dedupe, CASS® certification, NCOA®, IMBarcode® generation, and generating USPS reports. Provide counsel for special mailing requests by clients such as specific USPS STID's, non-profit authorization, permit fund transfers, etc. Submit and request postage funds to accounting department for each mailing that utilizes DPI's permit information. Order USPS supplies as needed, as well as inkjet/tab machine supplies. Manage all client USPS permit information and coordinate any changes with Post office supervisors. Coordinate USPS drop shipments to USPS ADC, NDC, and SCF to save postage costs for clients, while ensuring rapid mail stream entry. Provide information to mailing department team and provide instruction/direction for mailing sortation process, inkjet printing, and tabbing machine. Utilize MS office for internal/external communication and documentation Maintain knowledge of USPS mailing regulations and keep up with constant updates to USPS documentation. Collaborate with account managers, CSR's, Graphic designers, and other departments to ensure materials and artwork formatting are properly prepared for mailing. Provide guidance to clients, account managers, CSRs, and other departments for greater postage savings procedures. Adhere to data governance strategies and security measures, including Data encryption, Access control, Privacy policies to protect sensitive information Maintain DPI's Full-Service Mail Service Provider (MSP) status by keeping Mailer Scorecard errors under thresholds. This ensures greater postage discounts for customers. Manage/maintain customer proprietary databases. Program Variable data via XMPie.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience with direct mail/printing industry. Associates degree in Business, Technology or Accounting is required. Must have knowledge of processing data, presorting for USPS, and knowledge of USPS postal regulations. Must be able to view artwork and check for USPS conformity. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with variable data programming. Customer Service is a requirement. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Experience with BCC and XMPie SQL scripting experience is a plus Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
