Job Description

Busy Workers' Compensation Defense Law Firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
PART TIME
Data Entry Specialist.
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining case-related information in our firm's database systems. This is an in-office position.
Qualifications:
Prior data entry, administrative, legal or office experience preferred. Must be computer literate. Comfortable using various software applications. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail a must. Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Must be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel. Must have the ability to reliably commute to the office for work every day. Authorized to work in the United States required. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update case and claim information into firm databases. Review data for accuracy and completeness. Enter important dates, deadlines, claim information, and contact information. Identify missing or inconsistent information and bring issues to the appropriate staff member's attention. Assist attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff with data-related projects. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed. Who you are : Takes pride in accurate, high-quality work. Is comfortable working with large amounts of information. Learns new computer systems quickly. Can meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Is professional, dependable, and team oriented. Understands the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Relevant Experience:
1-2Yrs. Willing to train. Starting salary is $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience 20-25 Hours Per Week Must be authorized to work in the United States.
