Data Entry Clerk - PART TIME 1st shift 8am-1pm Monday-Friday $20.00/hr Join Our Team as a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk - Precise, Reliable, and Detail-Oriented! We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our purchasing and inventory processes. In this vital role, you will manage purchase orders, maintain accurate vendor and product records, and prepare reports—all while working flexible hours in a dynamic environment. If you excel at data accuracy, possess strong Excel skills, and have prior experience in purchasing or inventory support, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Required Skills:
1-2 years in data entry, purchasing support, inventory, or related administrative roles Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables) Exceptional attention to detail with numeric and alphanumeric data Clear communication skills for liaising with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal staff Experience with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems Nice to
Have Skills:
ERP or Kinetic System software experience Familiarity with invoice matching and order tracking Knowledge of legacy systems such as AS400
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Prior experience in purchasing, accounts payable, or inventory management
