You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and responsible for providing positive patient interactions while scheduling appointments, following up on telephone messages, assisting patients with the check--in/check-out process in addition to other front desk functions to support quality patient care.

What You'll Do:

✅ Work directly with patients- No Weekends ✅ Schedule and Reschedule Patient Appointments ✅ Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff ✅ Assist patients with the check-in/check-out process ✅ Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For:

✅ Must have a High School Diploma ✅ Current Basic Life Support Certification or willing to get it within one year of hire ✅ Previous experience working in a healthcare facility preferred ✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task ✅ Ability to critically think and problem solve ✅ Reliable, professional, and compassionate
