Location:

In this Data Entry Operator role, you will work with digital images, hardcopy documents, automated data, and financial documentation to ensure information is entered, indexed, validated, and corrected with a high level of accuracy. - Perform high-speed manual data entry and indexing of hardcopy and digital documents into internal software systems.
- Review, classify, validate, and correct document data, including automated classification exceptions and low-confidence extracted information.
- Analyze digital checks and related documentation to verify payee information, valid dates, signatures, check amounts, and distribution details.
- Compare hardcopy documents against digitally converted versions to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain steady productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail while meeting deadlines and production goals.
- Complete required documentation accurately, legibly, and on time in English. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform high-speed data entry and indexing for hardcopy and digital documents.
- Validate and correct automated document classification and extracted data exceptions.
- Support financial and check processing by verifying check details, correcting errors, and maintaining fiscal control of check batches.
- Conduct quality control reviews to confirm documents are accurately converted and processed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data entry, indexing, clerical administration, or a similar administrative support role.
- Typing test must be attached with application. Optimal score is 45+ WPM with zero errors.
- Shortlisted candidates must be willing to complete the typing test again in person.
- 10-key experience is required and must be clearly noted on the resume.
- Minimum 10-key speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour required, with ability to scale up to 15,000 keystrokes per hour for hardcopy documents.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality while working quickly.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, meet productivity goals, and work consistently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong English reading and writing skills for completing documentation accurately and legibly. Preferred Qualifications
- Medical data entry, medical records, healthcare documentation, or related medical administrative experience is a plus.
- Experience working with document imaging, indexing, redaction review, or digital records processing is helpful.
- Prior experience with check processing, payment documentation, or financial document validation is preferred.
