Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros has been family owned and operated for over 30 years providing 5 star customer service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients. This position requires strong data entry skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Accurately input customer orders, inventory data, and transaction records into the company database. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using computerized systems including updating spreadsheets, price lists, and customer account records. Provide general administrative support to the sales, warehouse, and management teams. Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations. Other duties and projects as assigned Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in a warehouse, automotive, or call center environment. Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
