Administration / Operations Job Summary Ohio Pickling & Processing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operational teams in Toledo, OH. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company records and operational information. This position is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage repetitive data-entry tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Enter and update customer, inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational information into company databases and computer systems. Review documents, forms, invoices, work orders, and records for completeness and accuracy. Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies promptly. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Assist with processing purchase orders, shipping documents, production records, and other administrative paperwork. Input numerical and text-based information accurately using computer systems and spreadsheets. Retrieve information and prepare basic reports when requested. Coordinate with warehouse, production, shipping, and administrative staff to verify information. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and operational activities. Perform data comparisons and identify missing or inconsistent information. Handle company information professionally and maintain confidentiality. Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience is a plus. Strong computer and keyboarding skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with numerical information and repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, steel-processing, or industrial environment is helpful but not required.
