Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As an integral part of the Administrative Support Department, supporting the office operations and data management teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Accurately enter and update information into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems Transfer data from paper documents, PDFs, and electronic files into digital systems Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and duplication Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with scanning, filing, and document management tasks What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of clerical, administrative, retail, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong typing and keyboarding skills (30+ WPM preferred) Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy What's in it for me?
