• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Opportunity We are seeking multiple Data Entry Clerks to support a large-scale document digitization project for a well-established financial services organization.

This project involves converting more than 45,000 paper records into digital files, helping preserve and modernize decades of important insurance documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term contract work in a professional office environment, with potential for contract extensions and future career growth. Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry and scanning
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update data in electronic databases and systems
• Verify information and correct discrepancies as needed
• Scan, index, and electronically file documents
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of completed work
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy goals Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a professional or corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large volumes of documents and data
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with document scanning and indexing
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or records management
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience handling medical records is a plus Work Environment
