Data Entry Clerk - Fort Washington, PA
Location:
- Fort Washington, PA (100% Onsite)
Duration:
- 12-Month Contract (Full-time potential)
Pay Rate:
- $20.69/hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Opportunity We are seeking multiple Data Entry Clerks to support a large-scale document digitization project for a well-established financial services organization.
- Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry and scanning
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and update data in electronic databases and systems
- Verify information and correct discrepancies as needed
- Scan, index, and electronically file documents
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of completed work
- Work efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy goals Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a professional or corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large volumes of documents and data
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with document scanning and indexing
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or records management
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience handling medical records is a plus Work Environment

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.69 - $20.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
