$18.00 per hour, eligible for increase after 90 days, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Mileage reimbursement, Career training, 401(k) plan with employer match, Health, Dental & Vision insurance, Paid time off Responsibilities Accurately verify, gather and record the physical description of real estate properties Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work Serve as public-facing representative of the reassessment, always maintaining professional communication and appearance Qualifications Located in, or near, Pike County, PA. Reliable transportation to/from working location Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required during property inspections Ability to climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time, in all seasons/weather Effective verbal communication; the ability to put at ease members of the public who ask questions regarding a property visit Ability to work a 40-hour work week Valid driver's license Real estate experience a plus Census, mail carrier or delivery experience a plus

License/Certification:

Driver's license (Required) CPE license a plus
