Job Description:
We have an immediate need for temporary Data Entry Associates at a leading organization conveniently located in Philadelphia. This position is expected to last 3-4 months or so, possibly longer.
Job Duties Include:
Assist with completing entry of online membership applications Entering membership information for print applications Assist with creating records for membership activation Updating member contact information Completing data entry in member records Providing invoices, benefit fulfillment, etc. Data integrity/clean-up
Job Requirements Include:
Ability to input data quickly and accurately Ensures accuracy when entering large volumes of information. Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in data Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data manipulation, Data cleanup) Salesforce experience a plus Experience in a Windows environment (not MAC) Experience with Power BI a plus
