This position offers the exciting opportunity to spearhead full life-cycle recruitment, focusing on diverse departments including media, analytics, search, and more.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Candidate Evaluation:
Review resumes and credentials, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives. Conduct comprehensive prescreening of candidates, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.Proactive Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Leverage your expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.Streamlined Interview Coordination:
Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics. Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.Comprehensive Candidate Support:
Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management. Advertising/media agency recruitment is huge plus!
