Courthouse Records Researcher/Data Entry Specialist Stellar Innovative Solutions Corp. - 1.3 Pittsburgh, PA Job Details Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Research Attention to detail Fact checking Typing Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Records Researcher / Data Entry Specialist who can travel to the Allegany County Courthouse in Pennsylvania to research recorded real-estate documents and accurately enter the information into a laptop. The ideal candidate should live within a reasonable commuting distance of 436 Grant St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and be comfortable traveling to the courthouse as needed. Responsibilities Travel to the Allegany County Courthouse to conduct public-record research. Search for recorded Mortgages, Deeds, Assignments, and Releases . Locate and review the appropriate documents and records. Accurately key document information into a laptop, spreadsheet, or database. Enter information such as document numbers, recording dates, names of parties, property information, and other requested details. Double-check entries for accuracy and completeness. Keep organized records of completed research. Report missing documents, discrepancies, or difficult-to-locate records. Work independently while following provided research and data-entry instructions. Qualifications Good typing speed and strong data-entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable reading and working with legal and real-estate documents. Basic computer and spreadsheet skills. Able to work independently and stay organized. Reliable transportation or ability to use public transportation. Must be able to travel to the courthouse when required. Previous experience with courthouse records, title searches, land records, mortgage records, or real-estate documents is a plus. Location & Transportation Primary home/starting location: Near 436 Grant St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 Work location: Allegany County Courthouse, Pennsylvania Candidates who live closer to the Pittsburgh starting location are preferred. We will reimburse the cost of your monthly bus pass or qualifying car parking expenses associated with the work, subject to company reimbursement guidelines. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is fast, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with detailed records . A person with strong typing skills who can efficiently locate documents and enter information without sacrificing accuracy will be an excellent fit.
