Responsibilities include:
Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery. Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs. Providing direct patient care and celebrating patient milestones.
Qualifications:
Valid RN licensure as per state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
