Job Overview We are seeking a Details-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance / Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the New Stanton area. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that facility quality standards are identified and upheld. FDA Food Grade regulations and standards will be a primary area of focus in this position. Organizational skills will be relied upon to ensure that all regulatory compliance areas are addressed and understood. Your expertise in quality systems and data management will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Establish and maintain FDA Food Grade Certification plan for our facility in Ruffs Dale, PA. Understand the similarities as well as the difference between FDA Regulations and Food Grade Regulations. Arrange and Manage the communications with a 3rd Party Food Grade Certification Organization. Perform Data Entry for the Shipping and receiving of product. Contribute to the Operations within the office to assist with the direction of Truck Traffic, and Personnel needs. Participate in the day to day office operations, like Phone reception and Customer Service. Qualifications Knowledge base in Food Grade Requirements, Regulations, and Industry Terminology is desired. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Shipping and Receiving Knowledge and experience is a must. Strong communication skills to converse with Outside parties as well as inside parties for task completion. Experience with quality audits is desired,

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
