We have an immediate for an Office Assistant at a leading manufacturing company conveniently located in Warminster, PA. This is a long term temp position that could possibly become permanent.

Job Duties Include:

Interact with Internal Sales and Customer Care to clearly understand customer requirements in order to meet them from an order fill and shipping perspective. Interface with customer portals for required information exchange. Retrieving routing information and scheduling of pick up arrangements. Utilize computer system to print, arrange and route work orders (pick tickets) and sort per carrier before issuing work to floor. Prioritize as instructed to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements Include:

Previous computer experience required Word-processing and spreadsheet skills Must be detail oriented, accurate and thorough Must have good telephone skills and pleasant telephone manner. Ability to type 40

WPM Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
