Job Title:
AML Sanctions Data Entry Location:
Horsham, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to help manage incoming Know Your Customer requests and related case updates. This position plays an important part in keeping customer records accurate, organized, and moving forward through collaboration with internal teams and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
Enter incoming Know Your Customer requests into the source system with accuracy and efficiency. Review customer-provided organizational documents to identify beneficial owners, directors, and other involved parties. Respond to Know Your Customer questions within the source system and update cases with additional information as it becomes available. Work with internal processing teams and the Canadian Sales team to resolve missing or incomplete customer data and support additional tasks during downtime.
Required:
Proficient typing and keyboard skills. Strong technology skills, including website navigation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently. College degree or equivalent. Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
