Job Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to support daily distribution processing for a portfolio of approximately 15 high-volume broker-dealer clients. This role will be responsible for accurately entering and validating distribution dates, rates, and NAVs, researching fund declarations, and ensuring data quality throughout the processing cycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment w accuracy and client service are critical. Strong data entry, research, communication, and Excel skills are important for success in this position. This is a 4-month contract, working a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week onsite in Wilmington, DE or Pittsburgh, PA. The scheduled hours will be from 10am-7pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:
    Distribution Processing:

    Enter distribution dates, rates, and NAVs into the SuRPAS user interface and ensure information is processed accurately for assigned clients.

      Data Validation & Quality Control:

      Validate dividend and distribution information received from asset managers and service providers; review source documentation and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.

        Research & Data Collection:

        Research fund declarations and NAV source documents to obtain required distribution information and resolve discrepancies as needed.

          Client & Vendor Communication:

          Make outbound calls to asset managers and their service providers to obtain and verify distribution data, using strong communication and client service skills throughout the process.

            Process & Regulatory Compliance:

            Follow established internal procedures and regulatory requirements while participating in quality programs and initiatives designed to maintain high levels of customer service.

            Qualifications:

            • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain data entry accuracy in a high-volume environment

            • Strong data entry and analytical skills, with the ability to think through processes and identify discrepancies

            • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs

            • Strong communication and customer service skills

            • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

            • Strong research skills and the ability to work independently through daily assignments

            • High school diploma required

            • Ability to successfully complete a data entry test
            Preferred Experience:

            • Previous experience in operations, financial services, or a client-service environment

            • Experience working with distribution, dividend, NAV, or investment-related data

            • Previous experience supporting high-volume financial or broker-dealer clients

            • Experience performing data validation, quality control, or research-heavy operational work
