Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Data Entry Clerk, where your keen attention to detail and technical proficiency will drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data management processes, ensuring accurate and efficient entry of customer information into various database systems. Your organizational skills and familiarity with productivity software will support seamless data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing directly to enhanced customer service experiences. Responsibilities Accurately input customer data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other database systems using fast and precise typing skills, including 10 key typing and data entry in Excel. Maintain and update records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all information is current and correctly filed. Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data through pivot tables, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Manage order entry processes efficiently, verifying details for accuracy and completeness across multiple platforms. Support data collection efforts by organizing files, transcribing information, and performing basic math calculations as needed for record accuracy. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, document organization, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and uphold high standards of productivity software usage. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a focus on data entry and database management. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and report generation. Familiarity with ERP systems, database systems, and order entry processes is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated typing speed of at least 10 key strokes per second with high accuracy; experience in transcription is a plus. Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries and calculations. Previous experience working with productivity software such as spreadsheets, filing systems, and office management tools.
