Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team; insurance license preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support our administrative and operational functions. Your proficiency with office management tools, strong typing skills, and excellent attention to detail will ensure the integrity and efficiency of our data processes. Responsibilities Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems with speed and accuracy Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing information Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize and process information effectively Support office management tasks such as email management, filing, and document organization Assist with clerical duties including document proofreading, client communication, and basic administrative support Experience Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles within an office environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets Bilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients or team members Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Demonstrated customer service experience, including front desk or reception duties involving phone etiquette and client interaction Technical proficiency in office management tools, email management, and document processing is essential An active life insurance license is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational skills and technical expertise will make a meaningful impact!
