Hybrid, Rockford Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm Salary range: $15.25

Essential Responsibilities:
Audit and/or research trip and settlement information to ensure that information on trip paperwork matches information in the system Verify and enter specific information from invoices while indexing to ultimately release carrier/vendor settlements Forward discrepancies to appropriate departments Scan and encode documents, verifying legibility/making enhancements when necessary, according to numerous internal and external requirements Maintain daily production reports in Excel to provide information for departmental measurements Other duties as assignedMinimum Experience and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED requiredPreferred Experience and Qualifications:
6 months of data entry or clerical responsibilitiesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic Excel fundamentals; ability to update current Excel documents accurately Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to efficiently review, analyze, and verify information with a high degree of accuracy.
