Role:

Think of this job as being the host of the party — the person who sets the tone, keeps the energy flowing, and ensures everyone feels seen and taken care of. You'll be the first smile people see when they walk in and the last thank-you they hear on the way out. If you love making people feel welcome and you thrive in a morning environment, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests warmly and genuinely — no scripts, just real hospitality Manage the waitlist and seating flow with professionalism and ease Anticipate guest needs and accommodate seating preferences when possible Communicate clearly with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep the floor running smoothly Keep the entry, host stand, and waiting area clean, calm, and inviting Handle to-go orders or phone calls during downtime

What We're Looking For:

A natural people-person who's upbeat, attentive, and welcoming Comfortable multitasking and staying calm during busy brunch rushes Punctual, dependable, and available for early mornings and weekends Previous host or customer service experience is great — but we'll train the right person Someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression
