Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Entry Operator to join us at Property Management Services of Texas. The ideal candidate for this position should have extraordinary attention to detail and be able to handle and input data effectively and efficiently as well as a grasp of understanding property management terminologies. This position serves a critical role within the company, as they are responsible for entering various pieces of important data and keeping it up-to-date and accurate. Responsibilities Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer. Analyzing the data for any errors before input both property and tenant related data into your relevant system/software. Handling and updating the details of tenants, rental payments, property maintenance data, and other relevant information. Maintaining confidential information and ensuring it is handled properly with necessary regards for privacy and legal concerns. Generating and preparing reports elaborating on your findings, complete with necessary details. Ensuring that the data entered has been completed on time with all set deadlines met. Implementing any necessary data protection and privacy measures. Qualifications The candidate should have a High school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should have prior experience in data entry or similar role is highly desirable. Must have excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Should have high accuracy and speed in typing to ensure efficiency and precision in the tasks. Should abide by any necessary law and regulations concerning data protection and privacy.
