Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Work-From-Home Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately enter, update, and maintain company data while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. This remote position requires excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems. Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing. Maintain organized digital records and files. Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors. Generate reports and assist with data management tasks as needed. Respond to internal requests for information in a timely manner. Follow company procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality. Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals. Collaborate with team members and supervisors through email, chat, and virtual meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Personal computer or laptop capable of supporting required software.
