Job Description

Data Entry Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume operational team during a period of increased business activity. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and highly accurate, with the ability to manage repetitive data-driven tasks while collaborating effectively with team members and maintaining confidentiality. This role is fully remote. Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities Enter application information and related data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Review, index, organize, and update electronic records to maintain complete and reliable information. Process routine updates and changes while following established procedures and data requirements. Research discrepancies, respond to basic inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve information or processing issues. Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents for imaging, sorting reports and correspondence, and creating or proofreading business materials. Data Entry Specialist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with 0-2 years of data entry, administrative, or related experience. Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to enter and review large volumes of information accurately. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; previous insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
