In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, comparing, and managing legal documents and records while ensuring accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule:
Friday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Review, process, and manage legal documents and related records. Compare information across transcripts, documents, and multiple data points to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform proofreading and quality assurance checks on documents, data entries, and legal paperwork. Research and resolve discrepancies using available systems and resources. Archive, organize, distribute, and maintain electronic files accurately. Review system information and supporting resources to fulfill orders correctly and efficiently. Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity and turnaround expectations. Follow established processing standards, procedures, and company policies. Handle confidential client and organizational information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Previous experience in legal services, document processing, records management, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to research information and identify discrepancies.
