CPR Full Job Description Role Overview:
The registered nurse provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort by applying clinical knowledge and skills. They lead within their assigned area under supervision, utilizing critical thinking to prioritize and address the needs of multiple patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care aligned with professional, organizational, and legal standards Assess patient needs and facilitate timely, appropriate care Utilize equipment such as CPR, oxygen, and IV therapy supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an approved nursing program and valid Texas RN license Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Minimum of 6 months clinical experience (1 year preferred), with computer proficiency Ability to operate clinical equipment and supplies for patient care
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing and specialty certifications such as ambulatory care, ACLS, or PALS 2+ years of ambulatory care experience and EPIC system knowledge Strong computer skills in Windows environment This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and recognition programs, with hourly rates ranging from $29.00 to $52.00 based on experience and qualifications.
