Job Description

SAIC is hiring a Program Control Administrator. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, data entry experience and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly in leveraging its features for data accuracy, is essential . This role is 100% remote and does not require a clearance to start. Under direct supervision, the Program Control Administrator will be responsible for performing detailed and process-driven tasks, including: Accurate entry and validation of contract modification information into relevant systems. Preparation of purchase requisitions for subcontractor services. Coordination, tracking, and auditing of travel requests and expenses. Assisting with other administrative and program control duties as directed.
Required Qualifications:
High School and two (2) years or more related experience. No clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required to maintain employment. US citizenship. Demonstrated experience performing data entry and working with basic word processing and spreadsheet applications. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and quality. Intermediate Excel skills for managing and validating data. Intermediate-level Mathematics and/or basic Accounting skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal training or experience to determine appropriate courses of action. Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills to carry out assignments, post or copy information, and exchange routine information effectively. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data entry and verification systems or applications.
