Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience Ability to work as an Independent Contractor Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site Fluent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously EIN required for state of California only
