4K Teacher First Presbyterian Preschool is an integral part of the education program at First Presbyterian Church in Aiken, South Carolina. Our goal is to provide the most caring, safe, and preparatory program possible. We offer programs for infants through two at our Children's Day Out program. Our Preschool program is available for 3s, 4s, and Kindergarten. Our small class sizes, commitment to Christian education, and families-first focus has made us one of the premier preschool programs in Aiken. Come join our team as our 4K teacher! We are looking for an enthusiastic 4K teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual, social, and spiritual development of our children. Teaching 4K includes planning, implementing, and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity.

Minimum Requirements:

• college education preferred
• 1-2 years of experience
• Creative teaching abilities
• Organizational skills
• Patience and flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Awareness of teaching trends and best practices
• Cooperation with administration and staff

Work Hours:

8:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday thru Friday First Presbyterian Preschool offers summers off and 10 paid sick days. We follow Aiken County Public school calendar for breaks and holidays.
